Rosamond's Potato Salad |
What great food at Nancy's Book Launch Party last Saturday...... is what everyone is saying. The favorites, besides desserts, were the baked ham and the homemade potato salad. Since it is Memorial Day weekend you might like to try the potato salad recipe for yourself. My friend Nancy, who was helping to make the 15 pounds of potato salad we served last Saturday, remembered my mother Rosamond making this recipe.
The most important parts of this recipe are to use fresh, small red and yellow skin potatoes, keep the outer skins on and to make the salad while the potatoes are still warm.
